History of project

Quite simply, I am no stranger to being bullied. I am every bullies dream - I am different. I am raised in a family where I am encouraged to respect my elders, others and myself. I am a Christian and I - like many others - am just trying to be a normal kid. I go to school and really want to make something positive of myself so that I become a well balanced adult. However, sometimes I feel like I am living in a society where other kids my age seem to see school as an activity centered around their own personality. I get the impression 'learning' is not fashionable for them. For me, learning is fashionable because it will lead me to where I want to be in life. In fact where I want to be in life - I cannot get there without an education and if I do manage to get there WITHOUT the right education I will be the unfortunate one. So for me, learning is key to my future. I cannot continue to tolerate people that are actively working against my goals in life.

I created this site because I believe that the only way for me (and others like me) to get through the school experience is to tackle the problem of bullying head on. If you agree please sign the guest book.
